The remote control is not universal and can only be used on the make and model specified on the title. If you are unsure whether you can use it, you can send us the model of the control box. The control box model is CU358-2. If it is a different box, you can contact us if you want to purchase other connections.
Before use, the remote control must be paired. The pairing method can vary across different models, so please determine whether it can be paired before purchasing. The pairing method is to press and hold the Pair button on the back of the remote control.
If your model is not on our title, you can also provide us with a prepared model, and we can try to order it for you. The way to pair is to press the head and foot up button simultaneously.
Replacing your original remote is very easy.
